The thought of a cup of tea to rejuvenate or to relax is a comforting feeling. To the point, that tea for me is a comfort drink that soothes my spirits. The forms of tea have evolved over the years and have intrigued my senses each time I have looked at a new kind of tea.

As a traveller, I realize and recognize that different teas are popular in different countries and the way tea is prepared, served and consumed is fascinating. I have sat with friends, family, acquaintances and strangers in homes, cafes, restaurants, cars and planes and engaged in conversations that ranged from daily stuff to world-wide issues. And each time there emerges a tale to tell.
